What to Expect When We Meet

Your first visit isn't about getting a list of rules. It's a conversation about your life, your kitchen, the foods you actually enjoy, and the goals that matter most to you.

Together, we'll talk through where you are right now and where you want to be. I'll listen to what's been hard, what's been working, and what your day-to-day really looks like. From there, we build something realistic: whole, satisfying meals that fit your routine and support your health without making food feel like a chore.

I'm not here to tell you what to eat. I'm here to be in your corner, to help you push through the hard days, quiet that inner voice that says this is too difficult, and celebrate the progress you're making along the way.

Whether you're managing kidney disease, diabetes, or another chronic condition, my goal is simple: help you eat well in a way that actually feels good, keeps you nourished, and keeps you in control of your health.
